Wedding Bookings and Procedures
Wedding Flower Packages
Many of our customers just aren't sure where to start, or are
having a very small and simple affair so we have put together a
few packages to help.
**The colors of the flowers in the package can be chosen to suit
the wedding colors. All other aspects of the packages can
not be altered. Custom wedding orders follow.
Romantic Roses
brides bouquet - stem bouquet of 24 garden roses wrapped with a
silk holder
bridesmaids bouquet - stem bouquet of 18 garden roses wrapped with
ribbon

Package Price $338.00 plus taxes
Contemporary Calla's
brides bouquet - stem bouquet of 15 medium size calla lilies
wrapped with a silk holder

Exotic Orchids

Package Price $340.00 plus taxes
**packages are based on a single color only, some colors are not
available at holiday times - for example: red and white roses are
not available at Christmas time however, yellow, pink, purple etc.
are available.
Custom Wedding Flowers
At Bunches we pride ourselves on treating each Bride
and Groom as individuals with their own
wish list. No two weddings are alike. Different
people have different wants and needs.
As there are minimums we are required to order we
also have to imply a minimum on custom orders.
Our custom wedding flower bookings start at a minimum of
$500.00. A single consultation fee and
booking fee will be applied to the order total. (any
additional consultations will not be deducted)
Therefore if your order was a total of $600.00 you
would have a balance of $300.00 owing two
weeks prior to the wedding date.
Flower prices vary depending on season, color, style
and amount needed.
Once the consultation process is complete and we
have all this information available
we will be in contact with our various suppliers to
secure the best prices and quality
available and will then provide you with a detailed
quote based on your specific order
requirements. This process usually only takes a
couple of days but may take up to one
full week.
Booking Procedure;
Flower consultations and make up
consultations must be pre booked with a minimum of 2 weeks
notice.
We recommend that you book your flower
consultation, your make-up consultation and secure
your date several months prior to your
wedding as bookings are on a first come first serve basis
and we only take 2 bookings per day in order
to ensure quality work.
Flower consultations are approximately one
hour in length and require a $100.00 non-refundable
booking fee in the event of no show,
cancellation or an appointment change.
Please bring photos of the flowers you like,
a photo of your wedding gown, color swatches,
a list of the wedding party and anything
else that evokes your wishes.
Make-up trials are approximately 1/2 hour in
length and are $40.00. At that time we offer you
a 15% discount towards the purchase of our
high quality Alison Raffaele Cosmetics. Bridal
day makeup for the bride and bridal party is
$60.00 per person. On site application may be
available and the travel fee adjusted
accordingly.
Make-up bookings are payable upon booking and are non-refundable
due to cancellation or changes 30 days prior to appointment.
Tuxedo measurements do not require an
appointment and out of town measurements can go
to their local Black & lee store or
affiliate and have their measurements forwarded to us.
Bridal registration does not require an
appointment. A discount is offered to the wedding
couple to complete any items they have on
their wish list and did not receive for 30 days
post wedding date.
If you need our services to help you with
your event planning such as acquiring marriage
commissioners, venues, caterers, rentals,
photographers etc. we can book an appointment with
you separate from your flower and make-up
consultation and the fee will be based on the assistance
needed. This appointment must be booked with
at least 2 weeks notice.

Wedding Flower Contract
Terms: Payments must be in cash, visa, mastercard,
paypal or money order. A deposit of $200.00
is required for confirmation of Wedding Date.
Deposit is non-refundable.
When booking your consultation, a fee of $100.00 is
required which is non-refundable
in the event of no show, cancellation or an
appointment change.
Additional consultations or site inspections are
available by appointment for a $25.00 fee per hour
payable at time of service. Additional purchases
will be invoiced at the time of order. Additions will be
accepted up to two weeks prior to wedding date. No
guarantee is given that the same flowers
will be available on orders made less than one month
prior to wedding. Color and style will
match as close as possible.
Cancellations: We understand this a custom order. If
payment is not made in full 2 weeks prior
to wedding date, this contract is canceled and all
payments are forfeited. Contract cancellation
must be made in writing with no less than 30 days
notice. Cancellations made prior to 30 days will
receive a refund on monies paid, less non-refundable
deposit and consultation fee. Cancellations
made less than 30 days prior to wedding date will
receive no refund. There are no refunds for cancellations
of individual items after contract is signed.
Flowers for those items will be utilized to upgrade the
arrangements purchased.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to make
substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the
quality suitable for your wedding. In this event,
the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be
maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be
used. Example: Wax flowers ordered as a filler flower
for bouquets but weather conditions cause
unavailability or poor quality. Pink heather or similar filler
would be used. Red roses would Not be substituted
for white orchids.
Rental: All rentals require an additional refundable
security deposit. This deposit is not included in your
total. All rentals are to be returned by 10:00 a.m.
the next business day or an additional days rental will
be charged. Security deposit will be refunded upon
return of equipment on time and in good condition.
Bunches reserves the right to cancel this contract
if at any time we feel that the obligations
cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural
disaster, tragedy or other emergency, liability
is limited to full refund of all monies paid.
